By using AbcConnect services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Service Description
AbcConnect provides wireless internet services subject to coverage availability and technical feasibility.
2. Installation
- Installation requires clear line-of-sight to our tower infrastructure.
- Customer must provide access to property.
- Equipment remains property of AbcConnect unless otherwise stated.
3. Billing & Payments
- Services are billed monthly in advance.
- Non-payment may result in suspension.
- Reconnection fees may apply.
4. Acceptable Use
Customers agree NOT to use the service for:
- Illegal activities
- Hacking or network abuse
- Distribution of malware
- Spamming
- Copyright infringement
AbcConnect reserves the right to suspend accounts violating these rules.
5. Service Availability
Service may be affected by:
- Power outages
- Weather conditions
- Equipment failure
- Maintenance
AbcConnect does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
6. Speed Disclaimer
Advertised speeds are best-effort and may vary depending on:
- Signal quality
- Network load
- Customer equipment
7. Customer Equipment Responsibility
Customers must protect installed equipment from damage, theft, or tampering.
Damage caused by negligence may be billed.
8. Suspension & Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for:
- Non-payment
- Abuse of service
- Providing false information
9. Limitation of Liability
AbcConnect shall not be liable for:
- Loss of income
- Loss of data
- Indirect or consequential damages
10. Changes to Terms
AbcConnect may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.
